Is Art House Hotel Pet Friendly?
Yes, Art House Hotel allows pets! We welcome your fuzzy friends below 50lbs (certain breed restrictions apply) for an extra $50 per day.
Is there Breakfast?
Yes! Art House Hotel provides a free continental breakfast with all reservations. Join us from 6:30am – 10:00am.
Is there Housekeeping?
Art House Hotel offers daily housekeeping service to everyone who wants it. Want to skip a day, simply leave your sign up.
Where do I Park?
Art House Hotel has a parking garage available for guests (based on availability) for $21. We recommend calling in advance to reserve your spot. Otherwise, street parking is available all around the building!

As one of the world’s best wine producing regions, take time to visit over 50 local Santa Rosa wineries. Some close to Art House include Ancient Oak Cellars, D’Argenzio Winery, DeLoach Vineyards, St. Francis Winery, Paradise Ridge Winery, and Harvest Moon Estate & Winery to name a few.?

Art House Hotel and Suites features 36 carefully crafted guest rooms. Of the 36, there are 6 studios and 15 suites with a few offerings ADA accessibility.
Which rooms have kitchens?
Every suite and studio accommodation has a full-sized kitchen for a total of 21 rooms. Every kitchen is equipped with everyday utensils and dining ware.
How far is the hotel from Downtown Santa Rosa?
Art House Hotel is only 3 blocks from courthouse square with bars and restaurants even closer. Within 4 blocks you can experience a wide array of cuisine and experiences all just steps outside your hotel room.

The Luther Burbank Center is located 3.9 miles north of the Art House Hotel and Suites and the Sonoma County Fairgrounds in Santa Rosa is located just 1.5 miles away.
